ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for the period of five months and apart from that, he shall appear for the hearing before the trial Court regularly without fail. If any deviation in complying any of the conditions, bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29330 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para no.6(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29330 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.
3. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector Of Police, NIB-CID Salem Police, Salem District.
