W.M.P.No.17414 of 2023 in W.P.No.30390 of 2014 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to restore the W.P.No.30390 of 2014 on the file of this Court which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 28.03.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the second respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the contesting second respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the writ petition in W.P.No.30390 of 2014 is restored.

4. Post the matter for arguments on 13.06.2024.
