(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner, who is an Editor and Publisher of a magazine, seeks to raise the issue about the functioning of the respondent/University based on no specialised knowledge or information, but only on press reports.

2. In the counter affidavit filed, it has been found that some of the allegations so printed and incorporated in the petition are not correct, while in respect of some others, the allegations are found to be correct and necessary action taken.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, no directions are required.

The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
