ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed and as such no further orders are necessary.

2. Learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents agree with the aforesaid submission also placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings dated 22.09.2025, whereby, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since it is now stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed, this Court is of the view, no orders are necessary and accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
