It appears from the records that the petitioner made a representation on 17.06.2015 seeking for certain particulars. The respondent by order dated 10.07.2015 rejected the said request. Thus, the only remedy available to the petitioner to get the details under Right To Information Act is to file an appeal. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been re-agitating the matter, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to file the statutory appeal. If such an appeal is filed within the time granted by this Court, the appeal will have to be decided on merits. No costs.
