Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until final report is filed in Crl OP.No.7788/2022 on 13.04.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7788 of 2022 on 13.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m., until final report is filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
