O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the F.I.R against the concerned person on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.09.2015 Vide CSR No.1099/HIPS/15 on the file of the respondent.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint as against one Ravi, his elder daughter Kalpana, Valarmathi, Rani, Manramesh, Vikki and Ramesh. The allegation is that the counter petitioners attacked the sister of the petitioner brutally. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 13.09.2015. Though the complaint has been assigned C.S.R.No. 1099/HIPS/15, till date no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court is of the opinion that it is appropriate to direct the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 13.09.2015 given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
