(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) The petitioner, claiming to be an Advocate, seeks to challenge the resolution of the respondent/University as also the consequent appointment of respondents, who are Respondents Nos.5 and 6.

2. The petitioner has nothing to do with the working of the University nor is he a competitor for the post. A Public Interest Litigation, in any case, is not maintainable in a service dispute.
