Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl MP No.4124 of 2022 order dated 30.03.2022 in Crl OP 2941 of 2022 order dated 10.02.2022 by this Honble Court to enable him to attend to his normal work and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.J.JASEEM MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in in Crl.MP.No.4124 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.2941 of 2022 on 30.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
