... Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to remove all unauthorized hoardings as per G.O. (Ms.) No.44 of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation Licensing of Hoardings and Levy and Collection of Advertisement Tax Rules, 2003, initiate criminal action, including criminal contempt for offence of perjury under Sec.191 of the Indian Penal Code, as against the respondents 6 to 20.
