Krithika Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the Respondents 4 and 5 from constructing/ developing the Flats J1 and J3 at Thiruvallur Nagar, Ellai Amman Koil Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai-90, since the construction/ development work is done without any approval and the same is causing life and property threat to the Petitioner.
