ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the rejection of the petitioner's bid vide tender reference No. F3/2369/2025 (2) dated 17.02.2025 tender ID 2025-TCSC-525974-1 and to quash the impugned order communicated by Tamilnadu government electronic procurement tenders via email dated 01.04.2025.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner participated in the tender called for on 17.02.2025. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is fully qualified to participate in the tender and unlawfully, the bid has been rejected. No reasons 2/5
whatsoever are mentioned in the impugned order dated 01.04.2025.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.Selvaraj, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, submitted that when the results are uploaded, only whether the petitioner is qualified or not is intimated to the petitioner. However, the reasons in detail will be furnished to the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i) Without waiting for the copy of this order, upon instruction from the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3, by tomorrow (i.e., on 17.04.2025), the reasons for rejection of the tender shall be furnished to the petitioner.
(ii) It would be open to the petitioner to take recourse against the said reasons furnished to him, in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 16.04.2025 nsl 3/5
