Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2335/2012 A, dated 10.01.2013 and quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to furnish a copy of the enquiry report, which was sought by the petitioner under R.T.I.
