Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 25.02.2021 given by the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2021 was enquired in CSR.No.473 of 2021 and the case has been closed on 01.08.2021.
2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to furnish copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before the jurisdictional Court.
