Mr. E.Veda Bagathsingh, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission stage itself.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023 and direct the respondents to return all the original certificates of the petitioner which were produced by hm to the respondents at the time of his joining in Post Graduate Higher Specialty Qualification of Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.-Urology) Course in August 2017 at Madras Medical College, Chennai the 4th respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as 2/4

fixed by this Court.

4. On the other hand, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondents will be returned the original certificate of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

6. Recording the fair submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the respondents are directed to return all the original certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
