Seeking a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to hold a demonstration on 17.08.2015 in the place chosen by the petitioner, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Mr.A.Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that there would be no objection if the demonstration is conducted at Avadi Municipality Ground. 3.In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct the demonstration on 17.08.2015 at 11.00 a.m. at Avadi Municipality Ground for a period of one hour subject to other conditions as imposed by the respondent.
