This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 13.04.2023 made in W.P.No.3689 of 2023. 2.This Court vide order dated 13.04.2023 made in W.P.No.3689 of 2023 directed the petitioner to file fresh representation for electricity service connection and issued direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the same within a time frame. 3.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.04.2023 made in W.P.No.3689 of 2023, appropriate orders were passed by the respondents on 29.11.2023 and 24.01.2024. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
