ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that writ appeal has been preferred against the order dated 25.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.5229 of 1/3

2020 before the learned Division Bench vide W.A.No.2092 of 2024 and the learned Division Bench has been pleased to grant interim stay, by an order dated 16.07.2024 and the matter is pending before the learned Division Bench for consideration.

In view of the same, further proceedings in the contempt case cannot go on. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek re-open, if the petitioner succeeds in the writ appeal.
