ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.04.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 364, 323, 324 and 307 of IPC subsequently altered into Section 294(b), 364, 323, 324, 302 of IPC in Crime No.221 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons have kidnapped the deceased and thereafter, all the petitioners are alleged to have joined together and attacked and committed murder of the deceased. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners is innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners along with other accused had brutally murdered the deceased. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the gravity of offence made by the petitioners and already one petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
