This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, "under Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 5(1)(a), 3(2)(a), 4(1), 4(2)(a), 4(2)(b), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(c), 5(1)(d), 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 instead of Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil N?adu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 in Crl.O.P.No.8800 of 2023 order dated 21.04.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.8800 of 2023, dated 21.04.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
