The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a case has been registered against one of the sons of the petitioners 1 and 2 and brother of the 3rd petitioner. In respect of the complaint, the respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint is pending as against these petitioners. In fact, the respondent police does not require the appearance of these petitioners for any enquiry.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need of giving any specific direction to the respondent.
