Prayer sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records relating to the proceedings bearing Ref.No:366/NC/2016 dated 12.05.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. This Court has considered the prayer sought for in writ petitions in W.P.Nos. 13601 and 1852 of 2021 filed by the students of the petitioners institution and disposed of by common order dated 27.07.2021, directing the 1st respondentCouncil to register the Bsc Nursing for the academic year 201617 studied in the petitioner's institution and grant license to practice based on the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the instant writ petition does not require any adjudication. It is made clear that as observed in the aforesaid W.P.Nos. 13601 and 1852 of 2021, the respondents 1 & 2 are granted liberty to take appropriate actions against the petitioner institution in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 of the Indian Nursing Council Act.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
