ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the Family Judge, Dharmapuri, in Crl.M.P.No.32 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent are present and they are ready to contest the case before the trial Court within the time stipulated by this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also ready to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- as costs to the respondent for non-appearance of the petitioner on 07.03.2016.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed on payment of costs. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) as costs to the respondent on or before 28.07.2016, failing which, this criminal revision case stands dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
