ORDER

The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the respondents 1 to 4 have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in the Order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Crl.O.P.No.30342 of 2014 and they have not even executed surety bonds as directed. Therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the Respondents 1 to 4.

2. Notice was ordered on 16.10.2015. Notice has been served to the respondents 1 to 4. The respondents 1 to 4 have not entered appearance either in person or through a counsel. Therefore, on 14.12.2015, a direction was given to the Registry to print the name of the respondents 1 to 4 in the cause list. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, despite the name of the respondents 1 to 4 have been printed in the cause

list, there was no representation on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4. As it is represented by the learned Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side)that the Respondents 1 to 4 have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court on 14.11.2014 in CRL.OP.NO.30342/2014 and they have not even executed surety bonds as directed, besides that the Respondents 1 to 4 did not appear either in person or through a pleader, this Criminal Original Petition is Allowed. The Anticipatory Bail granted to the Respondents 1 to 4 by this Court on 14.11.2014 in Crl.O.P.No.30342 of 2014 is cancelled.
