ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15, relates to Crime No.422 of 2014 within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.422 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

3.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the case is of the year 2014, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.422 of 2014 within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
