Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent comprised in Application No.TN320210305267 dated 05.03.2021 wherein the petitioner's application for Nativity Certificate was rejected on the reason "based on the Revenue Inspector report and petitioner does not reside at the address mentioned in the petition" ("the Impugned letter") and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent to issue a Nativity Certificate to the petitioner without undue delay.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondents dated 05.03.2021 in Application No.TN320210305267, thereby rejected the petitioner's application for Nativity Certificate for the reason "based on the Revenue Inspector report and petitioner does not reside at the address mentioned in the petition".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
