This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the one Suresh Kumar against the petitioner, the enquiry has been conducted and closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. However, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been continuously harassed by the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner, if any complaint lodged as against the petitioner and thereafter conduct enquiry.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
