Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent University in No.TNTEU/R/Affiliation/2021/814 dated 17.06.2021 received on 20.06.2021 by e-mail quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent University to permit the petitioner College to upload the list of students admitted along with documents/certificate for verification and registration of the students admitted in B.Ed programme for the academic year 2020-2021 enabling them to write their examination periodically and complete their course.
