J U D G M E N T

The present suit has been filed for recovery of money.

2. An Intra-Court Appeal filed against the order made in A.No.2459 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 had been disposed of recording the Joint Memo of Compromise that had been entered between the parties which gives a quietus to the lis in the suit. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the suit itself can be disposed of on the same terms as being settled out of the Court. Further, for appearance of the second defendant, a warrant had been issued by this Court and the same also stands recalled. Further, an adjudication order passed by this Court in A.No.2460 of 2024 dated 17.03.2025 shall also stand raised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous application is closed.
