Seeking a direction to conduct election as per the Election notification dated 10.08.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up, Mr.V.Lakshminarayanan, who has taken notice for the respondents, submitted that the election will be conducted within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
