This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.366 of 2002 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi.

2.The petitioner is the complainant in STC.No.366/2002 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi. He filed the said complaint against the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 294, 332, 333 and 353 of Cr.P.C.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would contend that the trial is concluded in STC.No.366/2002 and the case now stands posted for arguments.

4.In the facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi is directed to dispose of STC.No.366/2002 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
