O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.03.2020 and pass orders on the same within the stipulated time by this court.
2. The case of the petitioner Institution is that permission was granted to them to start the ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) Course with a annual intake of 60 students from the academic year 2018-2019. The Institution was also granted provisional recognition by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council in the year 2018.
3. The further case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has to get a hospital affiliation to ensure the clinical experience for the students. The students belonging to the petitioner Institution were given permission to undergo the clinical training at eight Government Primary Health Centre by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, through letter dated 19.01.2020. The feasibility certificate has also been issued to enable the petitioner Institution to have a tieup arrangement with the Government Hospital, Tiruttani.

The petitioner made a representation dated 11.03.2020 to the first respondent requesting for necessary orders to permit the petitioner to have a tie-up arrangement with the Government Hospital, Tiruttani, in order to give clinical training to the students belonging to the petitioner Institution. Since the respondent has not passed any order on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.
5. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the request made by the petitioner Institution required immediate consideration, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.03.2020 and pass suitable orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
8. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
