For Petitioner : Mr.B.Srikrishnan For Respondents : Mr.M.Ganesan Government Advocate O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2021 by way of making the nominee of brother Mr.Kandhasami, Employee No.687482.

2.Though this writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to issue positive directions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2021.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
