ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023 and return all the original certificates of the petitioner, which were produced by the petitioner to the respondents at the time of his joining in Post Graduate Higher Speciality Qualification of Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.-Urology) Course in August 2017 at Madras Medical College, Chennai, the fourth respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that ends of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.4.2023 in the light of the orders passed 2/5
by this Court in P.Ruba Devi v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.26461 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022]; and in Dr.Raghavendra.H v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.33597 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022].
3. Considering the narrow scope of the relief sought by learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.4.2023 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in P.Ruba Devi v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.26461 of 2022, dated 17.10.2022]; and in Dr.Raghavendra.H v. The State of Tamil Nadu and others [W.P.No.33597 of 2022, dated 14.12.2022], and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs.
