W.P.No.12566 of 2020 W.P.No.12566 of 2020 M.S.RAMESH. J., This Court in a W.P.No.12566 of 2020 directed the learned trial Judge to dispose the case in Spl.Case No.1 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore, has addressed the letter dated 17.02.2023 seeking extension of six months further time for disposal of the case.

3. Hence, six months time is granted from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for disposing the case.
