2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, on 01.06.2025 through e-filing No.LTN20240004020C202500291.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
