ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after filing this writ petition, survey has been conducted . However, the grievance of the petitioner is that survey has not been conducted in a proper manner.
2. Since the prayer in the writ petition is to consider the representation with regard to conduct survey and now, survey has been conducted, nothing survives in this writ petition. If at all the petitioner has any grievance over the same, it is always open to him to approach the concerned authorities in the manner known to law.
