ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to entertain the complaints lodged by the petitioners on 09.04.2022 and conduct enquiry along with deposit receipts and proceed further investigation consequently file additional charge sheet in C.C.No.1 of 2011, C.C.No.2 of 2011 and C.C.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Special Court, TNPID Court, Coimbatore.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

3. It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that already several depositors have filed complaint, based on which, the criminal prosecution has been initiated by the respondents and the trial is also over. After that, some other left out depositors filed complaint and the petitioners' property is already attached.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioners can very well approach the competent Authority and give a representation to consider their claim.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
