This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.Anand Gopalan, learned counsel for M/s.Advit Law Chambers takes notice for the second respondent and submitted that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 63 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the second respondent in the Writ Appeal and post the same in regular course.
