PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the 2nd respondent in No.150/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 12.03.2025 against the petitioner's son Vishal @ Gundu vishal, aged about 30 years, S/o.Baskar, at present, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2264, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 25.04.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
