This petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2020 on the the file of the respondent police and to take action against them in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on earlier occasion, he was issued CSR.No.53 of 2020 and subsequently, the petitioner has also lodged another complaint on 10.08.2020. On receipt of both the complaints, the 2nd respondent registered the case in Crime No.181 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
147, 148, 294(b), 447, 506(ii) IPC and section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
