The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the CC.No.22 of 2013, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee, having been

taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 468, 471 of IPC and read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the case in CC.No.22 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. I, Poonamallee, has been ended in acquittal on 24.02.2023 and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
