J.NISHA BANU,J., AND M.JOTHIRAMAN ,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the Appeal Suit.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in the delay being condoned.

C.M.P.No.10023 of 2024 filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 14.08.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 18.08.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
