The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2015.
2. The petitioner lodged a complaint against Abdul Kareem, M.S.Murali and Abdul Kadhar, in respect of the dispute due to money transaction. The said complaint has not been registered so far. Hence, this petition.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 05.10.2015 given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and the complaint was closed advising the parties to approach the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the complaint is already closed, now nothing survives in the prayer sought for by the petitioner and this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
