ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to speed up the investigation in FIR No.1180 of 2017 and to secure the accused.
2.Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.1180 of 2017 within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
