Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent made of the proceedings dated 25.08.2022 and consequential proceedings dated 08.03.2023 in the petitioners case, quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to permit the 1/4

petitioner school to follow the fee structure of the year 2020-2021 as determined by the second respondent also for the current academic year in accordance with section 6(5) of the Tamil Nadu (Regulation of collection of Fee) Act, 2009 and render justice.
