O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 22.04.2015 and investigate the same.

2. The petitioner herein had lodged complaint as against one S.Mohan and others on the allegation of misappropriation and cheating in the business transaction. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged the complaint on 22.04.2015. Since no action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he has come forward with the present petition.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of enquiry, the 2nd respondent police has closed the complaint advising the parties to seek remedy before the appropriate civil court. He has also produced the closure report for the perusal of this Court.

4. In view of the same, since the complaint was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
