(CRIME NO.1037/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(c) imposed on the Petitioner that he should report before the Trail Court daily at 10.30 a.m. on all working days in Crl.O.P.No.2288/2021 dated 04.03.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.SHANKAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUPLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2288 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.1037 of 2020, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
