The petitioner filed a suit for partition in the year 2004 and the same is pending till date without reaching finality. Therefore, he seeks early disposal of the suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that defendants 1 and 3 are no more and he has taken steps to implead the legal representatives of the defendants 1 and 3. In such circumstances, it is not appropriate to give a direction for early disposal of the suit. However, considering the long pendency of the case, a direction is issued to the Sub Judge, Dharmapuri to dispose of the I.A.'s as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the suit after disposal of all I.A.'s within a period of six months. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 21.06.2019 bri Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order To The Sub-Ordinate Judge, Dharmapuri.
