O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2017, alleged to have been given by the petitioner in respect of a fraudulent document, in view of the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has advanced his arguments on the basis of averments made in the petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted a copy of the Circular dated 20.10.2017, issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu, wherein, it has been clearly stated that Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 has already been withdrawn. 4.The main relief sought in the writ petition is to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.05.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a representation dated 02.05.2017 and the same is pending on the file of the third respondent in respect of cancellation of a fraudulent document, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

6. In fine, the writ petition is allowed in-part without costs. The third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 02.05.2017 and dispose of the same as early as possible, after giving opportunity to the persons concerned.
